Power lady, inspiration to many and founder of De Sportstudio. Souhaila Akarkach talks about how you you can take the best care of your body and how working out is great for more than just a killer body.

We'll talk about our bodies, what we can do to take care of them, how working our fits into the story and what it's like starting her business. She'll talk about what experiences have shaped her and what lessons has she learned.
